How it works

  1. Show us your data, not your keyword list

Part catalogues, model spec sheets, job records by city, error-code notes. What you already hold decides how many pages can honestly exist.

  2. Get a page-count plan with a pass mark

We tell you which page types qualify, how many URLs each one supports, and the minimum unique facts a page needs before it goes live.

  3. Talk to someone who has shipped one

Bring a sample of your data or just a question. Call, text or email; you'll talk to a senior strategist.

A boiler business sits on more searchable information than almost any other heating trade. Every combi model has its own output range, venting limits and error codes. Every replacement heat exchanger has a part number and a list of compatible units. Every town you serve has its own gas utility, housing stock and permit authority. Boiler.Network turns that information into page sets that people find in search and actually use, without crossing into the thin, copy-and-swap pages that Google treats as spam.

We are a marketing and consulting service, part of the Sedighi.ca and SAZ.ca group of companies, Canadian and headquartered in Vancouver, BC. Ali Sedighi, MBA, leads the work. He has built 150+ live HVAC websites, including the 2,000-page programmatic engine behind BoilerPart.ca. We don't install, service or sell anything; we design the data, templates and structure, and your technicians keep the trucks.

Programmatic content, defined plainly

Programmatic content is a set of pages generated from one template and a structured dataset, where each row of the data becomes one page. Done well, it is how parts catalogues, model libraries and error-code references work. Done badly, it is a thousand near-identical pages with the city name swapped.

The difference is not the template. It is whether each page answers a question that the neighbouring page does not. A page for one boiler fault code should carry that code's meaning, likely causes, what a homeowner can safely check and when to call a licensed gas fitter. If the only thing that changes between your pages is a keyword, the set fails, however polished the design.

Our working test is simple: if you deleted the template text and kept only the data fields, would a reader still learn something specific from what is left? If yes, the page has a reason to exist. If no, it should be merged, held back or never built. The scaled-content and doorway-page guide walks through Google's own wording on this.

Page types that work for boiler companies

Some page types earn their place in a boiler catalogue almost every time; others rarely do. This table is where we start most planning conversations.

Page type One page per Unique data that justifies it Typical buyer
Part page Part number Fits-which-models list, photos, supersessions, stock status Technicians, DIY buyers
Model page Boiler model Output range, efficiency, venting, dimensions, common faults Homeowners comparing quotes
Error-code page Code per brand Meaning, likely causes, safe checks, when to call Homeowners with no heat
Sizing page Home type and region Heat-loss ranges, climate notes, typical outputs Early-stage researchers
City hub City you serve Your jobs there, local utility, permits, response times Ready-to-hire homeowners

Two rows deserve caution. Sizing pages drift into thin territory fast, because the honest answer is usually "it depends on a heat-loss calculation". City hubs drift into doorway territory when you list towns you don't really serve. Our programmatic page systems and multi-city hubs services exist mainly to keep those two rows honest.

Why the data comes before the template

The dataset is the product; the website is just how people read it. Most failed programmatic builds we review started with a keyword export and tried to invent content to fit it.

A sound build runs the other way:

  1. Inventory what you hold. Supplier price files, model spec sheets, warranty documents, job logs with postal codes, technician notes on recurring faults.
  2. Decide which fields are unique per row. A part's compatibility list is unique; its shipping policy is not.
  3. Set a pass mark. For example, a model page needs at least six populated technical fields and one fault note before it publishes.
  4. Generate, then hold back. Rows that fail the pass mark stay in the spreadsheet until the data improves.

That is the core of boiler dataset building, and the reason the page data threshold guide exists.

What the numbers looked like on our own builds

Our clearest evidence is our own HVAC work, and we name each result with its source.

  • BoilerPart.ca runs 2,000+ programmatic pages and grew organic traffic 180%.
  • HeatLand shows the written side: 850+ SEO articles, followed by a 300% lead increase in 6 months.
  • GasBoilers.ca, the gas-boiler division we built for CANRO Heat, spans 26+ BC communities and carries 5.0★ from 76+ Google reviews.
  • CombiBoiler.ca, focused on a single boiler category, reached 300% ROI on the back of 500+ page-1 rankings for combi-boiler keywords.

None of these is a promise about your site. They show that large, data-led boiler sites can grow when each page carries real information. The results page explains what transferred between those builds and what didn't.

Coverage across Canada

We work with boiler companies in all 10 provinces and 3 territories, and the regional differences are themselves useful page data. Gas utilities, provincial safety authorities and rebate programs differ by province, and that changes what a city hub should say. As of October 2026, SaskEnergy lists its own rebate for high-efficiency boilers, while Quebec's language rules require websites aimed at Quebec customers to be available in French.

Start with the areas hub to see how we approach each region, or jump to Ontario or British Columbia, the two markets where boiler search volume is most concentrated.

How an engagement starts

Most projects begin with a 7-day free trial on an HVAC.Agency plan: a marketing audit, website performance check, SEO analysis and competitor benchmarking, with no credit card. For a programmatic project we add one thing to that audit: a count of how many pages your current data could honestly support.

Plans and website builds are explained on the pricing page, and the services overview helps you pick a starting point. If you would rather just ask whether your parts list or job log is enough to build on, call, text or email. You will reach a senior strategist, not a sales queue.

Frequently asked questions

What is Boiler.Network?

Boiler.Network is a Canadian digital marketing and business consulting service that plans and builds programmatic content for boiler and hydronic heating companies. The brand belongs to the Sedighi.ca and SAZ.ca group, runs from its Vancouver, BC headquarters, and Ali Sedighi, MBA, leads every project.

Do you install, repair or sell boilers?

No. We are not a heating contractor and we do not sell equipment or parts. We build the pages, data and search structure that help boiler businesses get found, and the work on site stays with you and your licensed technicians.

Isn't programmatic SEO against Google's rules?

Generating pages from a template is not the problem. Google's spam policies target pages made mainly to manipulate rankings with little value, and city pages that all funnel to one place. A template filled with real, different data for each page is a catalogue, and that is what we build.

How many pages should a boiler website have?

As many as your data can support and no more. A parts seller with thousands of distinct part numbers can justify thousands of pages; an installer working in six towns should have six strong city pages, not sixty.

What does it cost?

HVAC.Agency plans start at $2,998 a month and websites at $3,500 one-time, in Canadian dollars, with GST or HST added for your province (GST and QST in Quebec). You can try any plan for 7 days free, without a credit card, and nothing locks you in afterwards.

Can you promise traffic from a big page set?

No. Nobody can promise how Google will treat a page set. We can show what our own BoilerPart.ca build produced, explain why, and report honestly on which of your pages earn visits and which should be removed.
